航天发射对火箭飞行弹道数据处理的精度要求日益增高,对参与外测融合解算的雷达信息可靠性也提出了较高的要求。为解决航天发射时异常测量数据参与外测融合求解可能会导致火箭弹道精度降低的问题,提出了外测数据融合准则和短时多测元快速遴选方法,可有效识别、剔除异常测量数据,确保同目标高精度测元参与融合解算;并针对不同体制、不等精度的测量数据设计了一种最优权值快速计算方法,该方法综合考虑了测控设备的实际测量精度及布站几何对弹道精度的影响,确保在设定步长内融合权值最优。仿真结果证明该算法简单适用,可确保关键节点测控信息源的准确度,有效提高了发射场火箭弹道参数的处理精度。 相似文献

针对光电法测试纤维长度等性质时,存在纤维的透光及反光信号与颜色高度相关的问题,采用数字化方法表征羊绒的颜色类别并精准地测量羊绒的长度。将彩色光电耦合器作为测色传感器,搭建了更适合纤维材料的测色装置;通过颜色模型在3种色空间的转换,得到3类颜色的羊绒在三维色空间的分布;基于系列实验,创建了有色羊绒的光学参数即无穷厚时的表观反射率表观反射率与测色装置计算的亮度指标之间的换算模型,并用实验证明采用测得的表观反射率可计算得到准确的须丛线密度曲线,从而可用光电法精准测量有色羊绒的长度。结果表明,该测色方法的测样面积大,代表性好,成本低,同时可用于其他纤维和纺织品的颜色测量。 相似文献

AbstractWe report, here, the corrosion inhibition of mild steel specimen in 1?M HCl by tamarind fruit pulp aqueous (TFPA) extract. The inhibition property in the presence of TFPA extract is studied using weight loss, polarization measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The inhibitor efficiency is found to vary from 74% to 88% (weight loss method) with TFPA concentration of 100–600?ppm. The reduction in Tafel slopes shows that TFPA acts as a mixed-type inhibitor. The adsorption of the inhibitor on the metal surface follows Langmuir isotherm. The standard Gibbs free energy of adsorption value of –40?kJ/mol suggests the chemisorption of inhibitor molecules via coordinate bond. AFM results exhibit a decrease in the surface roughness of mild steel, exposed to 1?M HCl from 299?±?12 to 154?±?6.6?nm, with increasing concentration of inhibitor from 0 to 600?ppm due to the uniform coverage of inhibitor molecules on the metal surface. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy de-convoluted high resolution profiles of C 1?s (carbon) for mild steel exposed to 1?M HCl with 600?ppm inhibitor show major peaks corresponding to sp3 C–C/C–H (284.9?eV) and oxygen bondings in C–OH, C=O, COOH with a binding energy of 285.9, 286.9, 288.5?eV, respectively, thereby confirming the adsorption of organic moieties on mild steel surface. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy further confirms the adsorption of inhibitor molecules on the metal surface. Therefore, tamarind fruit pulp extract is a potential corrosion inhibitor for mild steel, which is cost-effective, green and non-toxic. 相似文献

ABSTRACTFouling is known to be a prominent industrial problem which is greatly affected by parameters like temperature, time and flowrate. The aim of this work was to simulate the fouling process in AA 6061 by developing a model through Minitab 16 and evaluate the models. Box Behnken design of Response surface methodology was applied for modelling and optimization of fouling propensity in artificial sea water. A response surface model was obtained and Analysis of Variance was performed to test the significance of the model. Fouling propensity was found in terms of weight gain. An experimental rig consisting of a recirculating loop mimicking the industrial conditions of fouling was used in the study. SEM analysis shows uneven deposits on the metal surface. Sharp, irregular deposits pressed deep into the metal was observed. The finding of this work would enable us to evaluate the individual and interactive effects of the parameters. 相似文献

化妆品原料生产过程中产生的废水水质成分复杂、有机物含量高、难降解,利用混凝工艺处理该废水能够减缓生化处理单元的负担,提高污水处理效率。为揭示无机高分子混凝剂混凝过程中污染物的去除机制和污泥性质的变化,考察了不同的絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)和助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加浓度对污染物去除率和污泥性质的影响。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线能谱(EDX)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)分析污泥絮体官能团、表面形貌、元素组成和热稳定性的变化,采用三维荧光光谱(3D-EEM)和超滤技术分析出水中有机物分子量的分布规律和有机物成分的变化,优化最佳混凝工艺运行条件。结果表明:进水中的天然有机物(NOM)荧光强度高,有机物分子量主要分布在>100×103和<3×103区间,其所占比例分别为22.89%和50.57%。当进水COD为6700~7500 mg/L时,在助凝剂PAM投加浓度为0.03 g/L,PAC、PFS和PAFC投加浓度分别为2.8 g/L、2.8 g/L和3.0 g/L的条件下,COD去除率分别为87.20%、79.89%和83.74%,出水浊度分别为2.54 NTU、9.3 NTU和5.51 NTU,NOM荧光强度大大减弱。其中,PAC+PAM对废水中有机物去除效果最好,出水有机物分子量主要分布在(10~30)×103和<3×103范围内,其所占比例分别为31.84%和25.92%,形成的混凝污泥具有较好的热稳定性,污泥表面蓬松,呈多孔网状结构。混凝工艺可吸附脂类大分子物质,提高了高浓度化妆品原料生产废水的可生化性。 相似文献

Large confined space has high incidence of fires, which seriously threatens the safety of people working there. Understanding the distribution of smoke in such large space is critical to fire development prediction and smoke control. Three improved methods for the stratification interface prediction of fire smoke are developed, including of improved intra-variance, integral ratio and N-percentage methods. In these methods, the interface height is determined by the vertical temperature distribution based on a three-layer smoke zone model, which is an improvement of a two-layer zone model. Thereafter, the three improved methods are applied to several typical fire cases simulated CFD to predict the smoke interface, and their applicability and reliability are verified by comparison of the smoke stratification results with the filed simulation results. Results show that the three improved methods can effectively determine the location of the three-layer zone model's interface, and they have the ability to predict smoke interface for fires with different fire source types and ventilation conditions. 相似文献

Recently, permutation based indexes have attracted interest in the area of similarity search. The basic idea of permutation based indexes is that data objects are represented as appropriately generated permutations of a set of pivots (or reference objects). Similarity queries are executed by searching for data objects whose permutation representation is similar to that of the query, following the assumption that similar objects are represented by similar permutations of the pivots. In the context of permutation-based indexing, most authors propose to select pivots randomly from the data set, given that traditional pivot selection techniques do not reveal better performance. However, to the best of our knowledge, no rigorous comparison has been performed yet. In this paper we compare five pivot selection techniques on three permutation-based similarity access methods. Among those, we propose a novel technique specifically designed for permutations. Two significant observations emerge from our tests. First, random selection is always outperformed by at least one of the tested techniques. Second, there is no technique that is universally the best for all permutation-based access methods; rather different techniques are optimal for different methods.
